Campus Day is one of The Summit's most special annual events because it brings all divisions of the school, parents, alumni and parents of alumni together to celebrate the visual and performing arts. A longstanding event, Campus Day is held in the spring. Typically, the day includes a reception for new families who have enrolled for the following year, opportunities to explore classrooms, a Mass with special musical performances, a campus-wide art show and a Middle School theatrical performance. The day often becomes a time to celebrate special events.

Campus Day 2016
This year we celebrated The Summit's 125th Anniversary. Summit authors debuting their new books participated in a book discussion and signed copies. Montessori students performed their musical performance. Lower School students performed their poetry show "Shoe Magic" and read from their new book, "S is for Summit." Middle School students previewed their capstone presentations and performed the play, "Winnie the Pooh." Upper School students in the Science Research Institute displayed their final research posters in an exhibit, and Camerata performed at the Alumni 125th Anniversary Mass with Bishop Joseph Binzer and Fr. Phil Seher, which also included a tribute to retiring distinguished directors.
Campus Day 2015
