Editing your final copy of the major study

Below are some recommendations and directives on how to put together your final copy of the Major Study.  Recommendations are optional.  Directives are required.

DIRECTIVES

  • All Major Studies are due at the beginning of the bell during which you are taking the 2nd semester final exam.
  • You should go through and make sure that your sections are respectful of the agency and the people who work there.
  • All sections must be clean - they can not have any grade marks or corrections written on them.  This includes removing your name and heading information from the top of each section.
  • Your Major Study must be bound (binding combs preferred) and have a creative cover which positively reflects your entire year's work at the agency.
  • You must have a table of contents.
  • One of your group member's Major Study will be given to your site.

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Make the document flow like a book by having chapter/section headings.
  • Add artwork or other applicable material to your study (like information you were asked to research when you were unable to attend your service site).
