Literacy Specialist – April 2019
Reporting to the Assistant Head of School for Academic Affairs, the Literacy Specialist is a faculty member who works collaboratively to implement a quality literacy program that meets the needs of all learners. The selected individual will work closely with K-4 classroom teachers to support student learning and pedagogical practice, ensuring that data supports decision-making. This individual will lead periodic curriculum revisions, stays current on best practices, and provides 1:1 and small group support based on the needs of individual teachers and students. Montessori Teacher – April 2019
The Montessori Teacher is under the supervision of the Lead Teacher and will assist with supervising, leading and participating in activities with school-age children (18- 36 months or age 3-6) and be responsible for assisting with the preparation and maintaining the environment and materials. They also assist in providing an appropriately safe, caring and enriching environment for the children during the mid-day transition times. Full-time Montessori Education Assistant - April 2019
The Full-time Montessori Education Assistant is under the supervision of the Montessori Director and Auxiliary Services Manager and will supervise, lead and participate in activities with school-age children (18 months – Kindergarten) and be responsible for providing an appropriately safe, caring and enriching environment during midday transitions from 10:30am – 1:15pm and supervising and participating assisting in Toddler Extended Day from 1:15pm – 6:00pm. Accounts Receivable / Student Billing Analyst – April 2019
The Accounts Receivable/Student Billing Analyst manages tuition billing and student accounts receivable through Blackbaud/Smart Tuition Management and Billing Software. This individual will record miscellaneous cash receipts, manages tuition refund plan insurance and assists the Business Operations Director in coordinating action on delinquent accounts. The Accounts Receivable/Student Billing Analyst processes enrollment contracts and records financial aid award information. Annual Fund Engagement Officer – April 2019
The Annual Fund Engagement Officer is a member of the development office who will report to the Development Director and work with the Advancement/Development team and greater community to meet fundraising goals. The Annual Fund Engagement Officer is responsible for the execution of the fundraising campaign for the Annual Fund. Primary responsibilities include the effective coordination, analysis and evaluation of all components of fundraising including the broad-based outreach through community volunteers. The Communications Marketing Strategist is an 18 month contract position. This position will report to the Communications Director to develop strategic marketing in support of the mission of the school, strategic initiatives, enrollment and development of a culture of philanthropy. Communications and Video Intern – April 2019
We are seeking a Communications and Video Intern to assist with a variety of video and writing assignments, social/digital media posts, among other communications assignments. This person should be adept at videography and video editing, comfortable writing and following Associated Press guidelines. In addition, he or she should have the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
