Having authentication issues?
If you used Google to authenticate with the Summit Portal through BBID (Blackbaud ID), you will need to change your authentication method to “Blackbaud” instead of “Google.” Blackbaud will require a password using at least 12 characters, and at least three of the following: upper case letter, lower case letter, number, symbol.
