Nine seniors at The Summit Country Day School have been named Commended Students by The National Merit Scholarship Corporation. The recognition is based on scores from the 2020 PSAT/NMSQT.
The Commended Students are: Abigail Almaguer, Bridget Baker, Nicholas Ciaccio, Benjamin Fearn, Elizabeth Moran, Mason Perkins, Kira Rackley, Edmund Sumnar and Tony Zhang. Each of these scholastically talented students received a letter of commendation from the corporation.
“We’re very proud of all our students who challenge themselves to excel academically,” commented head of school, Rich Wilson. “This recognition will help broaden opportunities for these students and propel them in their pursuit of academic success.”
