Summit Country Day School is proud to celebrate the creativity and compassion of 12 juniors whose work has been selected for the 2026 SOS ART Youth Exhibition. The art show is an annual multidisciplinary showcase uplifting young voices advocating for peace and justice.
Hosted at Oak Hills High School, the exhibition is open February 21 with a Closing Recognition Ceremony on the 28th, highlighting more than 200 student artworks from schools across Greater Cincinnati. The event is part of SOS ART’s long‑standing mission to inspire dialogue, reflection, and social awareness through artistic expression.
This year’s 12 Junior Honor Portfolio students include (in alphabetical order):
Braxton Austin, Millie Castellini, Rowan Cosgrove, Skye Cutter, Tessa Dennemann, Grace Gray, Juliet Lain, Andrew Lam, Olive Lindsay, Finn Pichler, Anna Tran, and Annie Witzeman.
Their work explores themes central to the exhibition: empathy, equity, environmental justice, anti‑violence, and the pursuit of a more peaceful world, demonstrating both artistic skill and thoughtful social consciousness.
The SOS ART Youth Exhibition provides K–12 students a dedicated platform for artwork, creative writing, and performance centered around peace and justice. In addition to local submissions, the show includes more than 40 international pieces from young artists in Hyderabad, India. Visitors can also participate in interactive activities such as “Create Art for a Better World” that extend the themes of the exhibition beyond the gallery walls.
