Congratulations, Class of 2022

9:45AM in the Chapel

Parents are welcome to attend. All seniors should come to school dressed up on this day and they will process in at the beginning by advisement with the senior advisors.

7PM: Pre-Prom on the Summit Front Circle and required check-in.
8PM to 12AM: Prom at Drees Pavilion

Students attending prom will be dismissed at 1:10PM on April 22. They must be in school that day until 1:10PM to attend Prom that evening. 

Key Club is selling prom flowers to those interested in purchasing them through us. Order forms are in the US office.

Students can dress in Friday Spirit Wear all three exam days and only have to be here if they have an exam at the scheduled times.

The senior exam schedule will be in the Portal US Community Resource Board by the end of the week.

Students need to make sure that the college counseling office has all the information that they need. This includes all schools where a student was accepted and which college a student has committed to. 

All students who still owe work in any class must report to school to the US office every day at 8:15AM until 3:15PM until all work is completed.

All AP students must attend their AP classes until the date of their national exam in that class.

Seniors who are in the building must be in summer uniform but may wear their college sweatshirts for their top. 

Students who still have not met the service hour requirement for graduation need to use the time they are not in school to complete that requirement and log their hours with Mrs. Duggan.

Each advisement has the opportunity for one final lunch together from 11AM-12:45PM on May 16. Students will decide with their advisor whether they are eating together at school or meeting off campus.

9:45AM: Spring sports recognition ceremony in Flannery Gym. WEAR YOUR COLLEGE T-SHIRT OR SWEATSHIRT. Your shirt or sweatshirt cannot be longer than your shorts.

10:30AM (or immediately following the ceremony): Kathryn Shaffer college signing

10:45AM (or immediately following the signing): Alumni induction

11AM: Senior Photos with the communication department. All seniors will be assigned a group to be photographed with.

11:15AM: Gelato truck; picnic moved to May 19.

Senior Boys need to pick up their tux before heading out and try it on at home so they have time to get to Mr. Tuxedo on Thursday if there is a sizing problem.

Noon
Wear college sweatshirt or T-shirt.

9:30AM: The end of the year Awards Ceremony begins.
The awards ceremony will be followed by graduation practice.

1:30-1:50PM: Students arrive to get their flowers.
2PM: All graduates report to the front steps for the group photo. 
3PM: Graduation begins.*

Family photos are offered in the Ragland Alumni Parlor starting at 1PM on a first come, first served basis.

Water and cookies will be available in the circle following graduation.
