Every education needs a strong foundation, and our program is supported by five pillars that ensure children get a well-rounded education: academic, artistic, athletic, social and spiritual.

A warm, inclusive culture where each child is known, God-given talents are valued, and relationships flourish.

Our character education program is centered around three behaviors: Serve God, Build Community, Grow Self. Every student focuses on these areas to develop their ability to be leaders of character now and in the future.

A Summit education is a global education. That means appreciating differences and understanding that your way isn't the only way. It means seeing the world’s challenges and knowing you have a role in solving them.

Art teacher Hilary Carvitti knows how to “draw” the creativity from any child. She’s “chalk" full of ideas for making art the best part of the day!

Power of the Pen is a creative writing program that brings students together weekly to develop their writing skills. By eighth grade, students share the voice of restorative justice through the “Hear My Story | Be My Voice” project.  

On any given day you can walk through the Middle School and hear everything from Bach to contemporary music scores. Our instrumentalists perform in concerts as a full band or in ensembles and as soloists. Kids don't need experience. We’ll teach them.

Computer coding is for everyone! We teach our Knights to be tech-savvy because our interconnected world demands it. Even our young students can learn to program, and by high school they are ready to join our award-winning Robotics Team.

Since Hands Across the Water began in 2011, Summit students have raised more than $150,000 and impacted thousands of lives around the world by bringing awareness to the global water crisis. It’s one way Summit shows faith in action with our partners, the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur.

The Summit has one of the top Latin academic programs in the nation and students excel at state championships and in leadership positions with the National Junior Classical League.
