Girls' Tennis
Team maintains lofty goals
The varsity girls’ tennis program maintains a focus on lofty goals, whether it is wins over quality opponents or a significant postseason presence. The Summit has won five Miami Valley Conference girls’ tennis titles since 1992, the latest coming in the 2018-2019 season.
Scott McIntosh took over The Summit’s boys’ tennis program in 2014 and the girls' tennis program in 2022. A lifelong tennis player, he found his passion in guiding young players to improve their game: "I honestly enjoy coaching all levels, from the player who has never touched a racket to the high-level players who qualify for state competition."
Coach McIntosh is assisted by Jared Crider and Meredith Breda.
