Dedication to program yields on-court success
The varsity volleyball team has generated more interest at Summit. As more players have dedicated themselves to club volleyball and offseason strides, the program has strengthened its presence.
The 2016 varsity team tied for first place in the MVC Scarlet Division and claimed a share of its first league title since 2005, making it another one of the school’s programs that is on the rise.
In the 2023 season, the volleyball team made it to their first-ever Regional Final, where they lost in a hard fought 5th set (16-14) to the eventual state champions.
