Philosophy: Albert Einstein once said, “If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing it is stupid.” This quote inspires me to not judge someone on what I think they should be able to do, but instead look at their strengths and embolden those gifts. I feel that The Summit allows students the opportunities to explore and expand upon personal strengths.

Personal: Husband, Brian, is a teacher at Nagel Middle School and he coaches at the middle school level as well as at Turpin High School; three children; Graham, Sophie and Cole. I spent my all my elementary school years growing up in Kuwait. I began my dance career overseas and was a soloist at the age of 12 in Kuwait Contemporary Dance Company. I trained in ballet in Kuwait, London, Minsk and the Atlanta School of Ballet.
