Food Allergy Guidelines
Food allergies can be life-threatening. Eight of the most common foods that cause an allergic reaction are peanuts, tree nuts, dairy products, eggs, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish.
Prospective parents considering enrolling children at The Summit should know that we have Food Allergy Guidelines to maintain a safe environment for students who have food allergies and to support parents regarding food allergy. We ask that parents to fill out an Individual Allergy Action Plan in our parent's portal and provide all emergency medications to our school nurse before a student enters school. For more information, read our Food Allergy Guidelines.
