Fall Festival

Fall Fest takes place on Friday, October 4, after school at The Summit.

Tickets can be preordered online until October 2.

Additional tickets can be purchased at the Fall Fest Ticket Booth with cash, check or Venmo.

The deadline to preorder tickets is the Wednesday before Fall Fest.

Tickets are sold in bundles of 10 for $1/ticket.

Use the chart below to determine your family's ticket needs:

• Activities: 1-4 tickets each
• Games: 1-3 tickets each
• Inflatables: 2-4 tickets each
• Drinks: 1-2 tickets each
• Snacks: 1-2 tickets each
• Food Trucks: cash, card and ApplePay (tickets not accepted)

Food trucks on site will not accept tickets as payment, so if you anticipate that your child will want food from LaRosa's, Kabobske, Graeter's or Nola's, we recommend sending them with money in the form of cash, card or ApplePay.

Snacks are offered for 1-2 tickets each.

Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the Raffle Booth on the day of Fall Fest. View the Amazon Registry.

Fall Fest takes place on our main campus and limits our parking availability. Upper School students are encouraged to move their cars from the parking lot to allow more guests to park. We recommend carpooling and parking off campus.

LaRosa's Pizza, Kabobske Mediterranean, Graeter's Ice Cream and Nola's Funnel Cakes will all have food trucks on site available for purchase. Tickets are not accepted as payment at food trucks.

Snacks will be available for 1-2 tickets each.

Sorry, tickets are transferable but nonrefundable.

Custom t-shirts are available for preorder for $16/shirt. Sizes range from 2T to 3XL.

Preorder your shirt(s) in the ticket preorder form at the bottom before submitting payment.

If you would like to preorder a shirt without also preordering tickets, simply skip ticket selections after adding your oldest/only child's name, grade and advisor. Scroll to the bottom of the form and find the question "Would you like to preorder a Fall Fest shirt?" Select "Yes." Then, choose quantity and size.

Yes! We need students and adults to run the games, monitor the inflatables* and work the food booths. Students can earn service hours. 

*Students may sign up to volunteer, but those who monitor inflatables must be at least 16 years old.
