Transportation

These are the standard hours when school is in session. Students can access the various school divisions during the times below.  The classrooms open at 8 a.m.

Montessori - 7:45 a.m.
Lower School - 7:45 a.m.Middle School – Early morning study, St. Gregory Hall, 6:30-8:00 a.m. 
Upper School – 6:30-7:15 a.m. Early morning study, St. Gregory Hall.  7:15-8:00 St. Cecilia Hall

• Arrive early for a few days until everyone settles in to the revised routines   
• Cincinnati Police will be directing traffic at each entrance to the Summit   
• Contact your Division Director with questions   
• Be especially vigilant when you are approaching crosswalk areas   
• Obey speed signs: 5 mph on the campus   
• Pull your vehicle all the way to the curb to pick up and discharge passengers whenever possible   
• Discharge passengers only from the right side of vehicle   
• Respect and obey both Summit and Cincinnati Police traffic personnel. They are there to keep everyone safe.

If you would like your child to ride a school bus to The Summit, be sure to contact your school district immediately to arrange transportation for the upcoming school year. 

To ride the bus, your child must be at least 5 yrs old by September 30 of the current school year.

If there is ever a situation where your child’s afternoon bus does not arrive at the regular designated time, please contact Paula Kistner in the Admission Office at (513) 871-4700 ext. 261.
