Uniforms and Dress Code

Our uniform policy promotes inclusivity while providing each student the opportunity to represent themselves in the best possible manner. The uniform should be worn with great pride and students should reflect the respect and dignity of being part of the Summit community. For more uniform information, please refer to the school handbook.

UNIFORM HIGHLIGHTS FOR 2025-26
For the 2025-26 school year, we are expanding on some of the options our students have when wearing their Summit uniform.

  • The Warm Weather Uniform will be allowed from Opening Day through October 31 and will resume March 2.
  • The Formal Uniform, formerly referred to as the "Winter Uniform", will be worn from November 3 through February 27.
  • Students in all grades will be offered a gray polo option in addition to the white polo. Both will be available in the Spirit Shop; gray polos will not be available for purchase until September.
  • The light blue oxford cloth formal uniform shirts will now be offered to our Middle and Upper School girls and boys.
  • Lower School students may wear polo shirts year-round. Formal uniform tops and ties will be optional year-round.

We expect to have a few more outerwear options as well and will share complete uniform guidelines and changes in July.
