New! Prep for High School Placement Test

Every November, the HSPT is given to thousands of eighth grade students applying for admission into area Catholic high schools. Most students do not properly prepare for the test even though the exam affects the admission process and scholarship opportunities for some schools. This preparation course will focus on test-taking strategies and content area instruction. Students will have some work to prepare in between the scheduled class times. All instructional sessions will be in an Upper School classroom under the direction and supervision of Upper School Guidance Counselor Michael Fee and other teaching specialists in math and language arts. Attendees in the course averaged a percentile score of 84th percentile and 58 percent of the attendees scored 90th percentile and above.

Designed for: Rising Grade 8 students

Instructor: Mike Fee

Dates:  June 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18

Time: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Fee: $350
