Leaders of Character
Five Summit students attended the virtual National Junior Classical League (NJCL) convention July 24-29. Originally scheduled to be at the University of Richmond, all aspects of the convention were converted so that the students could compete from home.
Nominations are now being accepted for The Summit’s 2021 Athletic Hall of Fame class. To nominate deserving alumni or a former coach, please visit the alumni website. Nominations will be collected until midnight on Sunday, Sept. 13.
Rachel Martin, a Class of 2020 graduate and North College Hill resident, has garnered many accolades throughout her high school career. Following the Bud O’ Connor Memorial Award, for attributes of excellence in athletics, she received at her July 18 commencement, she added another.
